Peter explains:“My goal in establishing The Business Performance Consultancy was to introduce a different approach to business consultancy - a much more practical and 'hands-on' approach focussed upon 'making strategy work' for our clients. It is a sad fact that less than 10% of corporate strategies are implemented successfully. Most gather dust on executive’s bookshelves with little chance of being introduced, in part due to lack of internal 'ownership' or skilled staff resources.

“The Business Performance Consultancy focuses upon plugging this gap by achieving successful strategy implementation and tangible business results for our clients. Our carefully selected team of consultants are all highly experienced business practitioners with a proven track record in their specialist field.

“The Business Performance consultancy does not employ junior consultants or newly-qualified MBA graduates, just seasoned professionals who have experienced business success on the front line. As such we are well placed to guide you through the entire business strategy implementation process, ensuring that you achieve your business goals. In short, it is about…. Making Corporate Strategy Work ”.
